Community of Hereditary Estate
(2)
The rights of the co-heirs on the property of the inheritance which is in common shall moreover be governed by the provisions of the Title, of this Code relating to Co-ownership.
#(3)
Nothing in this Article shall affect the provisions of Title 2 relating to the Liquidation of Successions and the provisions of the following Articles.
