Article 901
Time Limit for Partition
(1)
Where the application for partition is made at a time which is inopportune, the Court may order that the community be maintained for a period not exceeding two years.
#(2)
Unless otherwise authorized by the Court, the community shall be maintained where the manner of making the partition depends on the condition of the birth of a child who is merely conceived.
#(3)
Where necessary, the Court shall in such cases appoint a person to administer the property of the inheritance or certain property forming part thereof.
