Article 903
Principle of Collation
(1)
Any descendant of the deceased who accepts his succession shall bring into the succession the value of the liberalities which he has received from the deceased, in accordance with the following provisions.
#(2)
Collation may be imposed by the deceased on his other heirs at the occasion of liberality or in his will. It is due only if the succession is accepted.
