Article 905
Exemption from Collation
(1)
No heir shall be bound to collate liberalities which the deceased intended to make to him as a preference or in addition to his share or as exempt from collation.
#(3)
In the case of legacies, the intention of the deceased of exempting his heir from collation may be established by all means of evidence.
