Article 927
Family Objects
(1)
Family papers and objects which have a sentimental value may not be sold where any one of the heirs objects to the sale.
#(2)
Failing agreement between the co-heirs, the Court shall, where appropriate, decide whether such objects shall be sold or allotted to one of the co-heirs.
#(3)
In the latter case, it shall give such directives as are required to ensure that such objects remain in the family.
