Article 928
Nature of Rights to be Divided
(1)
The provisions of this Chapter shall apply without there being need to make a distinction as to whether the deceased was the owner or the lessee or former tenant of the property forming part of the succession or whether he had any other right on such property.
#(2)
For the purpose of putting such provisions into effect, it is sufficient that, in the circumstances of the particular case, they can be put into effect.
