Article 239
Refusal and Substitution
(1)
If an expert refuses the appointment, or dies before completing his task, or is unable to complete his task for some other reason, or refuses to do so, the court may, by order, replace him by another expert.
#(2)
An expert who has accepted his appointment is obliged to carry out his instructions impartially and to the best of his knowledge.
