Article 242

The experts shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses and a fee to be assessed by the court at the conclusion of the original of the written report or at the conclusion of the minutes of the oral report.

The court shall have paid the sum to the experts out of the amount paid in advance. If that amount appears to be inadequate, an order in enforceable form shall be issued for the remaining sum, to be charged to the party or parties as directed by the court. In case of an oral report, such an order issued in enforceable form shall be added to an extract from the minutes of that report.
