Article 246
Matters to which Affidavits Shall be Confined
(1)
Affidavits shall be confined to such facts within the personal knowledge of the deponent, except on interlocutory applications, on which statement of his belief may be admitted if the grounds thereof are stated.
#(2)
The relief asked for on the grounds mentioned in the affidavit shall be stated in an application to which such affidavit shall be attached.
