Article 286
Evidence of Pauperism
(1)
Where the court sees no reason for rejecting the application, it shall fix a day for receiving such evidence as the applicant may adduce, in proof of his pauperism, and for hearing any evidence which may be adduced to disprove his claim of pauperism.
#(2)
Notification of the day fixed under sub-Article (1) shall be given to the opposite party not less than ten days prior to the hearing.
