Article 363
Interlocutory Appeals
(1)
Unless otherwise expressly provided by this Code or any other law, no appeal shall lie from any decision or order of any court on interlocutory matters, such as preliminary objections, the admissibility or inadmissibility of oral or documentary evidence or permission to sue as an indigent, but any such decision or order may be raised as a ground of appeal when an appeal is made against the final judgment.

Notwithstanding sub-Article (1), an order or judgment under this Code directing the arrest or detention of any person, or the transfer of property from the hands of one party into the hands of the other, shall be immediately appealable.
