Article 364

Grounds of Appeal

(1)

A first appeal may be filed on the ground that:

(a)

the court made an error in any decision taken during the course of trial; or

(b)

the final judgment cannot reasonably be supported by the evidence.

(2)

A second appeal may be filed only on the ground that the first court of appeal made an error.
