Article 400
Time of Revision
(1)
An application for revision shall be filed within sixty days when the ground for revision did arise and the applicant became aware of it, but before ten years after the judgment the revision of which is sought was rendered.
#(2)
The provisions concerning appeals out of time shall apply when a petition under this Article is made out of time.
