Article 401
Competent Court
(1)
The application for revision shall be made to the appellate court that would have jurisdiction on appeal from the court below.
#(2)
Where the Supreme Court decided the case and either upheld the judgment of the lower court or reversed it and issued a final ruling, the application shall be made to the court whose judgment was reviewed by the Supreme Court.
