Article 64

Qualifications

(1)

Any person who is legally capable may be party to a suit.

(2)

No person may be a plaintiff unless he has a sufficient interest in the subject matter of the suit.

(3)

No person may be a defendant unless the plaintiff alleges some claim against him.

(4)

The rules of this Article do not limit in any way the joinder of parties as permitted under this Code.
