Article 65

A person under disability may sue or be sued through his legal representative.

Where a person under disability is not represented by his legal representative, the proceedings shall be stayed until a legal representative is appointed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

Without prejudice to the following Articles, bodies corporate may be represented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil or Commercial Code.

Representation in maritime matters shall be as provided for by the Maritime Code.

In all suits concerning property administered by a trustee, executor or administrator, when the suit is between the persons beneficially interested in such property and a third person, the trustee, executor or administrator shall represent the persons so interested, and it shall not be necessary to make them parties to the suit unless the court so directs.
