Article 179
Appeal From Final Judgment
(1)
Following final judgment at trial, any decision made during the course of proceedings may be the subject of appeal in accordance with the provisions of this Book.
#(2)
A person who has been found guilty and sentenced may appeal against a finding of guilty or sentence, except that a person who has been sentenced following a plea of guilty may appeal only against sentence.
#(4)
An appeal by a young offender or by an incapable person may be made through his legal representative.
#(5)
In any case in which the penalty of death is imposed the case shall be referred for review to the Supreme Court even where there is no petition for appeal or review to that Court.
