Article 180

Grounds of Appeal

(1)

A first appeal may be filed on the ground that

(a)

the Court made an error in any decision taken during the course of trial, or

(b)

the final judgment cannot reasonably be supported by the evidence.

(2)

A second appeal may be filed only on the ground that the first Court of appeal made an error.
