Article 19
Territorial Jurisdiction in Cases with Multiple Charges or Multiple Defendants
Where charges in respect of several offences have been joined or where several accused have been charged with related offences, the proceedings may be heard by any Court which has territorial jurisdiction to try any of the offences or any of the accused and has subject matter jurisdiction over all of the offences.
