Article 186
Riot
A person who assembles with others in a public place and together with the others engages in conduct, which causes damage to property or physical injury to any person, is guilty of riot, a Class 2 petty offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 1 month and not more than 6 months, or a fine of 5,001 – 20,000 Nakfas, to be set in intervals of 1,000 Nakfas.
