Article 294
Aggravated Failure to Give Aid to another Person
A person who commits an offence as defined in Article 293:
#(a)
and had himself caused the injury that left the victim in imminent and grave peril of life, person or health; or
#(b)
was under an obligation, medical, professional or contractual, to go to the victim’s aid or to lend him assistance,
#is guilty of aggravated failure to give aid to another person, a Class 9 serious offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 1 year and not more than 3 years.
