Article 334
Theft of Services
A person who:
#(a)
intentionally obtains for himself or a third person, by deception or threat, by false token or other means to avoid payment for services, which that person knows are available only for compensation; or
#(b)
has control over the disposition of services of others, to which that person is not entitled, and knowingly diverts such services for one's own enrichment or that of a third party not otherwise entitled to such services,
#is guilty of theft of services, a Class 1 petty offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 6 months and not more than 12 months, or a fine of 20,001 – 50,000 Nakfas, to be set in intervals of 2,500 Nakfas.
