Whosoever sows seeds in land held by another against the clearly expressed will of the landholder may neither till nor reap what he has sown.

Where the harvest has been reaped the whole crop shall be the property of the landholder.
The provisions of this Article shall apply where the landholder did not have the possibility to object to the sowing.
