Where the plantation was made with the permission of the landholder, the latter may at any time acquire the full ownership of the trees against payment of compensation the amount of which shall be fixed by agreement between the parties.

Failing agreement, the provisions of Article 1016 shall apply.
If the plantation was made without the landholder objecting to the plantation, the provisions of sub-Articles (2) and (3) of Article 1018 and Art. 1019 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
