The amount of the compensation provided in the preceding Article shall be equal to one half of the value of the profits which are likely to be derived from the trees during a period of ten years, where such trees are normally grown for their products.

It shall be equal to one half of the value which the trees are likely to have after a period of ten years, where such trees are normally not grown for their products.
The period of ten years specified in sub-Articles (1) and (2) shall run from the day on which the landholder expressed his intention to terminate the co-ownership.
