The amount of the compensation due to the builder in the case mentioned in Article 1018 (2) shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions of this Code governing Arbitration.

Such amount shall be reduced by three-quarters where the builder knew or should have known that he was not the holder of the land or was not entitled to erect a building thereon.
