To the extent that the co-owners and those whose cooperation is required cannot reach agreement on a partition, the competent Court, upon the demand of any interested party, may order the manner of partition or decides upon the partition itself.

The following manners of partition may be ordered:
attribution of part of the property to each of the co-owners;
over-attribution to one or more co-owners against compensation for the excess value; or
partition of the net proceeds of the property or part thereof after its sale in the manner determined by the Court.
