mention of the geographical location of the building;
an accurate description of the portions of the immovable properties which are intended to be used as separate units as well as mention, for each of those portions, of the apartment right to which the right of use belongs. The description can be made by reference to the plan;
the cadastral designation of the apartment rights and mention of the apartment owner;
the by-laws.
