Without prejudice to the provisions of the foregoing, property involved in the division cannot be wholly or partially transferred, attributed, encumbered or executed.
Termination of the division in respect of a part of the registered property involved in the division cannot take place except by modification of the agreement of division.
Contrary to sub-Article (2), the apartment owners can encumber immovable properties involved in the division with a servitude.
