Property taking the place of property subject to the usufruct and duly disposed of, belongs to the owner and is also subject to the usufruct. The same applies to what is received from the collection of debts subject to the usufruct and to claims for compensation which take the place of property subject to the usufruct, including claims resulting from depreciation of that property.
