Leases made in respect of a building between the usufructuary and a tenant shall bind the owner and third parties for a period of three years from the termination of the usufruct.
Where the usufruct terminates, the owner may forthwith terminate any such lease where he can show that it was made in abnormal conditions and in fraud of his rights.
