If things are distributed by the use of vending machines, the possessor of the machine shall ensure that the following information is provided to the buyer: the name and address of the seller, the actions necessary to receive things, and the address to which complaints should be sent.

A contract of sale shall be deemed to be concluded at the time when the buyer takes the actions necessary to receive the things.
If the buyer does not receive the things paid for, the seller shall provide the things to the buyer upon request or refund the amount paid.
