Each of the exchangers shall, as regards the things to be exchanged, have the same rights and obligations as a seller.

The exchanger who is bound by the exchange contract to pay a balance shall, as regards the payment of the balance, have the same obligations as a buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the exchangers shall share equally in the expenses of the exchange contract.
