If no time has been fixed for the return of the money or thing, the borrower may return it to the lender one month after having informed the latter of his intention to restore it to him.

In any event, if no time has been fixed, the borrower shall return the money or thing lent not later than one month after the day when the lender claims the restitution of them from him.
