The movable leased shall remain the property of the lessor to whom it shall be returned on the termination of the contract.

Where it is stipulated that, after a certain number of payments of the rent, the lessee shall become the owner of the movable, the contract shall constitute a contract of leasing, notwithstanding that the parties have termed it a contract of lease.
