The lessor may object to such sub-lease where it is contrary to contractual undertakings made by him in favor of other lessees of the same immovable or is of such nature as to cause to him injury for any other reason.

The lessee may in such case terminate the contract.
Nothing shall affect the right of the lessor to claim damages where the reason of his opposition was known or should have been known by the lessee on the making of the contract.
