Unless otherwise agreed, the lessor may not terminate the lease, notwithstanding that he declares that he himself wants to occupy the house leased.

Where it has been agreed in the contract of lease that the lessor may occupy the house, he shall give to the lessee notice to quit and shall observe the period laid down in Article 2064.
