The ordinary expenses arising from the exploitation shall be borne by the farmer-tenant.

Where the rent consists of a part of the products or determinate products of the land, the lessor shall advance to the farmer-tenant such expenses, without interest, where the latter is unable to meet such expenses.
The advance so made shall be reimbursed to the lessor out of the products of the next crop.
