The outgoing farmer-tenant shall leave the stable-litter, forage and manure of the last year, in the quantity required for the normal exploitation of the land.

Where, on entering in possession of the land, he received a smaller quantity, he shall be entitled to compensation in respect of the difference.
Unless otherwise provided by custom, he shall pay compensation in respect of the difference where he received more.
