An application for the removal of the guardian may be made by anyone related to the minor by consanguinity or by affinity or by the public prosecutor.

Before declaring the removal of the guardian, the Court shall enable the latter to give his reasons whenever this is possible without causing serious danger to the person or property of the minor.
Whenever the Court removes the guardian it shall proceed to appoint another in his place.
