If commissions are payable for a variety of operations, the parties may agree on a schedule of payment.
The employer shall provide the employee, after each assessment, with an account of what he owes him.
The employee may demand that the account so provided be verified by a third party appointed by agreement between the parties or, failing such agreement, by the Court.
