An employee who has been unjustly terminated shall be entitled to compensation which shall not exceed a sum equal to wages for six months.

Where he has completed less than two years of uninterrupted service, the employee shall be entitled to the wages for one day for each month of service at a rate determined by the daily rate for his last month of service.
Where he has completed uninterrupted service of two years or more, the employee shall be entitled to the wages for one month for each year of service at a rate determined by the average monthly wages for the last twelve months of service.
