When the contractor has finished his task, he shall put the result at the disposal of the client at the place fixed in the contract.

If the contract has not fixed a place, the contractor shall tender the result at his place of business or, in the absence of such a place, at his habitual residence.
The client shall take over the work immediately in accordance with custom.
