The provisions of this Section shall apply to contracts of independent work relating to work to be done in connection with the building, repair or installation of immovables.

Notwithstanding sub-Article (1) the general provisions of Section 1 shall apply where the total cost of the work to an immovable does not exceed five thousand Nakfas.
The general provisions of Section 1 shall also apply where they are not inconsistent with those of the current Section.
