The provisions of this Chapter apply mutatis mutandis to contracts other than mandate and pursuant to which one party is obliged or entitled to perform juridical acts on account of the other party, to the extent that this is not contrary to the necessary implication of the provisions involved, in connection with the nature of the contract.
