The pledging of claims which are not established by a title shall, regardless of the amount of the sum secured, be executed in the form of a document specifying the claim pledged and the maximum amount of the obligation secured.

The pledging shall be notified, under pain of being declared void, to the debtor of the claim which has been pledged, or shall be accepted by him in a document of undisputed date.
