The pledging of rights which are not rights of claims and which are not established by a title shall be executed in the forms prescribed for the transfer of the said rights.

A document of undisputed date, and adequately specifying the right pledged and the obligation secured, shall be required in all cases, under pain of nullity.
Nothing shall affect such special provisions as may govern the pledging of some of such rights.
