The disability of the interdicted person shall cease when the withdrawal of the interdiction is pronounced.

The withdrawal of the interdiction may at any time be applied for to the Court by the persons who may apply for pronouncement of the interdiction.
It may also be applied for by the guardian of the interdicted person.
