Notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, associations shall be provided with statutes whenever any of the associates so requires.

Statutes for the association may also be made by the office of associations of the region where the association carries out its activity.
An association may be dissolved by the office of associations where it is not provided with statutes within three months after a request to this effect has been made.
