An associate may be expelled from the association in the cases and in the manner provided for in the memorandum of association or in the statutes.

In addition to those cases, he may also be expelled from the association for good cause by the general meeting.
The associate who has been expelled may, within three 1 months after he has been informed of his expulsion, appeal to the Court against such decision on the ground that the expulsion is not justified.
